Pakistan, China ink MoUs worth $250m to boost agriculture, food processing
Pakistani and Chinese companies have signed 13 memorandums of understanding (MoUs) worth $250 million to promote joint ventures and investment in the animal fodder and fruits and vegetables processing sectors. The event, witnessed by Pakistan’s Ambassador to China Khalil Hashmi, was held at the Pakistan Embassy in Beijing. Over 150 B2B meetings took place, offering opportunities for expanding trade. The partnership underscores Pakistan’s agricultural strengths and the strategic importance of agriculture and food processing in enhancing bilateral trade with China.
