NGIA to become a hub for global trade and investment
The New Gwadar International Airport, which opened earlier this year, is a key infrastructure project that promises to boost global trade and regional connectivity. Spanning 4,300 acres, it is Pakistan’s largest airport, designed to accommodate both domestic and international flights, including wide-body aircraft. The airport strengthens the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), facilitating smoother goods transport and fostering foreign investment. With enhanced connectivity to Europe, the UAE, and Central Asia, Gwadar is set to become a vital link in global trade.
