GPA Invites Bids for Off-Dock Terminal to Boost CPEC Trade
The Gwadar Port Authority (GPA) has invited electronic bids for developing an Off-Dock Terminal in Gwadar to expand cargo handling and support CPEC trade. Eligible firms registered with PEC in Category C-3 can participate. The pre-bid meeting is on October 30, 2025, and submissions close November 7, 2025. The terminal will provide additional cargo space, streamline logistics, and reduce congestion at the main port. Bidding documents are on the PPRA e-procurement portal, with GPA reserving the right to accept or reject bids.
